carefully, and with full tracking — because your trip plans 
shouldn't wait.

▸ FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $80

All US orders over $80 ship free via standard delivery. 
Orders under $80 incur a flat $7.95 shipping fee at checkout

▸ PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking 
information the moment your bag is on its way.

Delivery times begin once your order ships, not when it is 
placed. Times are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed.

delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, 
import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country. These 
fees are not included in our shipping rates.

Every order includes free tracking. You'll receive:

✔ A confirmation email immediately after purchase
✔ A shipping email with tracking link within 24 hours
✔ Delivery notification when your bag arrives

Lost your tracking number? Email us at info@aegiscarry.online 
with your order number — we'll resend it within 1 business day.

▸ SHIPPING DELAYS
While we ship every order within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee 
carrier delivery times. Delays may occur due to:

- Weather or natural disasters
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Carrier capacity during peak seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated 
window, contact us at info@aegiscarry.online and we will work 
with the carrier to locate it.


▸ INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders 
returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped 
at the customer's expense ($7.95 USD).

If you notice an address error after placing your order, email 
us within 2 hours at info@aegiscarry.online — we'll do our best 
to update it before shipping.


▸ LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once tracking shows your order as "Delivered," it is the 
customer's responsibility. However, if your package is marked 
delivered but missing, please:

1. Check with neighbors, mailroom, or building manager
2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)
3. Contact us at info@aegiscarry.online within 7 days

We'll file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve it.


▸ DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your bag arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 
7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging at 
info@aegiscarry.online.

We'll ship a replacement immediately — no return required for 
shipping-damaged items.


▸ CARRY-ON FIT GUARANTEE
AegiscarryTravel Bag 2.0 is guaranteed to fit standard airline 
carry-on dimensions (22"×14"×9"). If you're ever charged a 
carry-on fee because it didn't fit, email us your receipt 
within 72 hours at info@aegiscarry.online for reimbursement 
up to $75.
